“We mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor” was the concluding action statement of America’s Declaration of Independence in 1776. It set our founding fathers on their collision course with Great Britain to secure our nation’s independence and make it a standard-bearer of individual freedom for the world. Fortunately for us, it also set them on the course for establishing our Constitution in 1787, a national covenant that formulated the ideals of liberty into a workable governmental framework that has allowed us to become the most free and prosperous people on earth.
Today in America, we need that mutual pledge to be renewed for the challenges of our time. We are faced with a governing and social elite espousing the lie that collectivism advances the condition of human civilization and that individualism degrades it. We must counter this lie; our national covenant must be restored. We must declare our independence from collectivism and mutually pledge our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor to protect every other person’s rights to their own life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. We must raise our voices into a resounding crescendo vote of “NO!” to President Obama on November 6. We must make it clear to the world that President Obama, America’s Collectivist-in-Chief, is unfit to be the leader of a free people.
As a first step in this struggle, we must make this case to our fellow citizens. To that end, I utilized my July Fourth holiday to set out a declaration of independence from President Obama and his collectivist accomplices. I implore each of you to consider this declaration and join with me in mutually pledging to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor to stand for liberty by spreading our message to others. Through that effort we can reach the goal of voting President Obama out of office on November 6, 2012, so that January 20, 2013, can once again be morning in America.

The Declaration of the People of the fifty United States of America, and their related Territories
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the People of a Nation born into Freedom to separate themselves from their current Political Leaders, and to reclaim for themselves the blessings of Liberty to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of their fellow Citizens requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all People are created Equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness — That to secure these Rights, a Federal Democratic Republic was instituted among the People of the United States, deriving its just powers from the Consent of the governed as they so delineated in their Constitution, That whenever any Political Leaders become destructive of these ends, it is the Right and Responsibility of the People to Vote them from office, and to Vote for New Leaders, holding such principles and promoting such policies, as to the Citizens shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness through Constitutionally constrained governance.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Leaders should not be changed so often that stable policies are impracticable; and accordingly, all experience has shown, that People are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by removing the Leaders to whom they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to diminish the Constitution and reduce the People under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to remove such Leaders, and to elect new Guardians of the Liberties that it secures. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these States, Territories, and their People; and such is now the necessity which compels them to Vote their current Leadership out of Office.
The history of the current President of these United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States, Territories, and People. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid Nation.
He has refused to uphold laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good, thereby directly undermining the Legislative Authority.
He has conspired with partisan forces to restrict debate on controversial legislation and force it through to passage.
He has forbidden the States’ Governors from enacting or implementing laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation until his assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has manipulated and overextended Executive Authority repeatedly in order to bypass Congress for opposing his invasions on the Rights of the People and abuses of their trust.
He has expanded the Executive Bureaucracy with positions that he shields from Legislative oversight.
He has ignored Congress’ sole authority to declare war.
He has obstructed the administration of Equal Justice under the Law to suit his policy objectives.
He has harassed Justices of the Supreme Court, for not supporting his political programs, thereby seeking to subjugate the Judiciary to his political will.
He appointed and had confirmed his Solicitor General as a Justice to the Supreme Court, giving at least the appearance of, if not actual, interference with the independent deliberations of the Supreme Court for specific policy objectives.
He has prevented the orderly development of Natural Resources by refusing to pass and implement measures to encourage their utilization and raising the conditions of their utilization.
He has restricted Citizens from the utilization of their Property, and sought to deny them just compensation and recourse to Judicial remedies.
He has been negligent in responding to the needs of communities in the aftermaths of natural disasters and has prevented State and Local governments from taking measures to prevent or ameliorate disaster.
He has utilized disasters as pretext to restrict access to Natural Energy Resources, thereby fulfilling his stated aim of increasing Natural Resource prices to spur alternative energy development.
He has stood in opposition to infrastructure projects for the purposes of Resource utilization, and in so doing, has not only denied access to critical Resources but has denied construction jobs across many States during a time of economic hardship.
In contrast, he has hypocritically made agreements for the purchase of Resources from Foreign corporations at the expense of our Domestic corporations and Resources.
He has squandered scarce Federal Government financial Resources to support unviable alternative energy companies, including those that utilized those funds to start foreign operations.
He has promoted the utilization of food crops for energy production, thereby spurring a rise in food prices domestically and across the world.
He has sought to dictate to Private corporations decisions relating to location, employment, and other routine operational decisions.
He has subverted bankruptcy laws for purposes of transferring corporate control to politically allied workers’ unions.
He has supported the entrenchment of unionized workers into Government operations, thereby holding Public finances hostage to worker demands and jeopardizing the reliability of essential services.
He has harassed the operations of Family Farms, obstructing the lessons of private enterprise to those families’ children.
He has negligently allowed and exacerbated the same conditions which lead to our recent financial crises.
He has manipulated financial crises to position the Federal Government as the primary financial guarantor of home, automobile, and student loans.
He has promoted the utilization of Federal Government economic Safety Net programs in a manner that encourages benefit recipients to utilize them in a Lifestyle of Dependence rather than a temporary tool to Gain Independence.
He has retarded travel by molesting the general Public and further infringing on their Privacy.
He has increased the level of Government Debt with no practical projected end and with the current share of that Debt for each Federal Taxpayer of the United States standing in excess of $139,000.
He has expanded and extended the Taxation Powers of the Federal Government to such a degree that Tax Collectors will be intimately involved in directing the courses of Citizens’ Lives from their Conceptions until their Deaths.
He has sought Federal Authority to direct employment practices for Religious Institutions, including of those employed in guiding Religious Education and Doctrine.
He has eroded American credibility in the world, utilizing word and action to diminish our Nation’s Resources and financial stability, disparage the Ideals and Character of this Nation, undermine Freedom-loving nations and Strategic allies, and excuse the ideologies of Terrorists, all having in cumulative effect the expansion and alliance of secondary Terroristic nations with established Autocratic world powers.
He has engaged in intrusive surveillance practices amongst our Citizenry without Constitutional Warrant Authority.
He has affected to remove a sense of direction, purpose, and Honor from the Military.
He has prevented the orderly population of these States and stable employment of our Citizens by obstructing laws to meter the migration of Foreigners.
He has either intentionally or with unknowing incompetence allowed a United States Federal Government program to transfer guns to Mexican drug lords, which guns were then utilized in Violent acts against United States Citizens on our Nation’s soil.
He has supported the devaluation of the Currency, thereby decreasing our purchasing power and facilitating further Debt, diminishing our Foreign creditors’ confidence in our financial soundness, and inflating the prices of commodities domestically and across the world.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction Foreign to our Nation, and unacknowledged by our Constitution; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:
For imposing International Taxes;
For suppressing our Right to Bear Arms;
For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offences;
For altering State laws for the punishment of Capital offences;
For implementing Social Justice.
He has abdicated Civil Government by declaring American Citizens to be enemy combatants, and waged War against them.
He has declared law-abiding Citizens to be enemies that need to be punished simply for having and expressing political views in opposition to his and has undertaken the defamation of their characters.
He has sought to minimize the dangers of the words and actions of Islamo-fascists, Collectivists, and Anarchists that encourage or excuse violence to achieve their political goals.
He has weakened the principle of Equal Justice under the Law in exchange for the lie of Social Justice, that Treachery which endorses theft to achieve Equal Results rather than protecting Equal Opportunity to Achieve those Results.
He has granted political allies exemptions from regulations.
He has channeled Government funds to politically allied groups and granted them Tax exempt status.
He has promulgated political Propaganda through Nationalized education influence and Government-funded media.
He violates Citizens’ Right to Vote by obstructing efforts to verify that only properly Registered Citizens are permitted to Vote, similar verifications being common and essential for less vital Privileges such as driving, alcohol consumption, education, and banking, among many others.
He has cloaked the operations of his Government in Secrecy while claiming Transparency.
He has sought counsel from unapologetic Terrorists, those who promote the ideals of Autocratic philosophers and Leaders, Eugenicists, Racists, and the like.
He is inadequately investigating the leakage of Classified information that works to his political advantage.
He has stretched the fabric of the Constitution to its limits, pulling on threads of ambiguity to destroy its overall structure and setting us on a course whereby it may be Refashioned in an Alien form without considerations for the Liberties it ensures.
In every stage of these Oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only be repeated injury. A President whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Leader of a Free People.
Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our American Brethren who have facilitated the President in his Tyrannies. We have warned them from time to time of their attempts to extend unwarrantable Federal Government jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our Independence and the Liberties of our lives under Our Constitution. We have appealed to their Native sense of Equal Justice and Magnanimity, and we have appealed to them by the ties of our Common Heritage of Liberty to disavow these usurpations, which would inevitably lead to the destruction of our Freedoms and our Lawful Governance. They, too, have been deaf to the voice of Justice and our Kinship, preferring instead to Demonize those Liberties which we espouse.
We must, therefore, steadfastly assert our Individual Rights in opposition to the Collectivists who believe that those rights only extend only as far as their Majoritarian Will.
We, therefore, the People of the United States of America and their Territories, in general public discourse, appealing to the Supreme Judgment of the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this Nation, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States and their Peoples are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Sovereign parts of the Federal Democratic Republic founded in our Constitution, that we are Voting out of power the current President and his Collectivist accomplices, that we reject any allegiance to principles of Government contrary to our Liberties, and that We the People, as a Community of Free and Autonomous Individuals, have Full Authority to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness as enshrined in our Constitution. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we Mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
